Wortmannin dose-response in fMLP-activated basophils, by assaying CD63 MFI (A), CD63^expr % (B) CD203c MFI (C) and CD123 MFI (D). Basophils were pre-treated 10 min at 37°C with increasing doses of wortmannin and subsequently stimulated for further 30 min at 37°C with 100 nM fMLP. Values are mean ± S.E.M. of triplicate assays of 2 separate experiments performed. Negative and positive controls as in legend of Figure 4.
