Effects of ALBE on the proliferation of ConA-induced primary murine splenocytes. Splenocytes were treated with various concentrations of ALBE and ConA (3 μg/ml) for 72 h. Cell proliferation was assessed using XTT assays. Absorbance was measure data at 450 nm and 650 nm.
