Wortmannin dose-response in anti-IgE activated basophils, by assaying CD63 MFI (A), CD63^expr % (B) CD203c MFI (C) and CD123 MFI (D). Basophils were pre-treated 10 min at 37°C with increasing doses of wortmannin and subsequently stimulated for further 30 min at 37°C with 4 μg/ml anti-IgE.
