Effects of agonists for protease activated receptor (PAR)1 and PAR2. The agonists used for PAR-1 and PAR-2 are NH2-S-F-L-L-R-N-C and NH2-S-L-I-G-K-V-C, respectively. In the experiment shown the concentration of both PAR1 and PAR2 was 0.5 mM. IL-1β is shown as a positive control. * p < 0.05 compared to unstimulated cells (medium).
